A inkscape tutorial, very easy but also very useful for all kinds of work in vector drawing.
Simply open the image you want to vectorize in Inkscape, select the image. In the top menu go to "Path", "Trace Bitmap". In the trace bitmap window, select the multiple scans as color. Then adjust the number of scans for the quality of desired vector.
